DBT-WR

DBT-WR  Skills groups are for clients who would like to cope more effectively with intense emotions, addictive behaviors, and/or relationship struggles. DBT-WR Skills are taught to reduce self-destructive behaviors and learn more adaptive ways to manage painful emotions.

IOP

IOP helps fill the gap for individuals struggling with mental health issues  alongside substance use disorders, who require more support than weekly or monthly outpatient clinic visits but don’t need hospitalization

RACIAL IDENTITY DEVELOPMENT

Racial identity is complex and comprehensive. Understanding the stages of development helps to guide emotional unrest and find peace in who you were created to be.
