How Can Group Therapy Help?
Group therapy provides a supportive and understanding environment where individuals can connect with others who are facing similar challenges. This sense of belonging and shared experience can reduce feelings of isolation and provide a strong support network.

Group therapy helps participants realize that they are not alone in their struggles. Hearing others share similar thoughts, feelings, and experiences can normalize their own experiences and reduce feelings of shame or self-blame.

Group therapy provides a safe space to practice interpersonal skills and communication. Participants can learn how to express themselves, assert their needs, and navigate conflicts within a supportive environment.

Group therapy offers a safe environment to practice new behaviors, coping skills, and ways of relating to others. Participants can receive immediate feedback and support as they try out these changes.
