About Dr. Flowers
LaRhonda isn’t just the founder of Restore Rebuild Reconnect Counseling Center (R3CC), she’s the soul behind the mission. With over a decade of experience walking alongside teens, young adults, and adults through life’s toughest moments, LaRhonda brings compassion, cultural humility, and clinical expertise to everything she does.

Currently partnering with local community agencies while continuing to grow R3CC, LaRhonda is deeply committed to creating spaces where healing is not just possible, but expected. Whether someone is navigating trauma, facing behavioral or mental health challenges, or working through substance use recovery, she believes every person has the strength to rebuild and reconnect with themselves and others.

LaRhonda is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) and Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) in Nebraska. She holds a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision, a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Grace University, a Bachelor’s in Marketing, and an Associate’s in Management (because healing meets strategy, and she knows a thing or two about both!).

When she’s not in the counseling room, LaRhonda is in the classroom—serving as a professor and mentor to emerging therapists. Her work is grounded in the belief that recovery takes work, but with the right support and a little bit of courage, transformation is absolutely within reach.
"I love working with those who were formally incarcerated, deal with addictions, and those with complex trauma. Thank you for choosing R3CC. Reach out to us!"
