About Ashley Doughtery
Ashley is a dedicated Mental Health Practitioner with extensive experience supporting adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, anger, life transitions, trauma, and mood disorders, including bipolar disorder. She also has specialized expertise working with individuals with disabilities such as autism, intellectual disabilities, ADHD, and other neuro-developmental conditions.

Ashley holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, a Master of Science in Educational Administration, a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary and Special Education. In addition to her work in mental health, she brings over 20 years of experience in education, having served as a teacher, coach, and administrator.

Ashley’s therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, acceptance, and collaboration. She is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can feel seen, heard, and empowered. Her goal is to help individuals move beyond survival and into a space where they can truly thrive.
