About Meagan Botello
Meagan graduated with her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in May 2025. She also completed her Bachelor’s degree at UNO, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Ethics. With six years of experience in the mental health field, Meagan has worked across various behavioral health settings, providing support to children, families, Hispanic youth and adults, and neurodivergent youth. Meagan is passionate about working with generational trauma and self-compassion.

Meagan specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT), believing these approaches offer effective, direct methods for helping clients challenge and change unhelpful thought patterns. She also incorporates strengths-based skills, empowering clients by affirming their abilities and potential. Meagan’s experience spans in-home services and working with diverse populations.
